World War  ll or Ww2   also know as the second world  war a global war that  lasted from 1939  to 1945  although related  Conhic  began  earlier  it  involved the vast majority  of the  World's counties- Including  all of the  great  powers- eventually forming two  opposing Military alliance  A Treaty is an agreement under  interntiona    law entered into by Actors  in  tlnterntional  law namely sovering  states  and  intentional  organizations A Treaty May also be  know  as an (interntional) agreement , Protocol, Covention, Pact , Or exchange  of leatter  among  other  trerms  Regardless  of  therminology, all  of these  forms  of  agreements  are  under  international  law  equally considered  treaties and the  rules  are  the same.
